At Dripshark, we take pride in creating custom portraits that are uniquely tailored to you and your beloved pet. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns. Each artwork is crafted with great care and attention to detail.

Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, and we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with the final masterpiece. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us. We are dedicated to resolving any issues and making sure you are content with your purchase.

In the event that you receive an incorrect product, size, or a damaged item during transit, we will promptly replace it without any hesitation. Kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.

We offer unlimited revisions for the photo and costume originally selected in your order. These revisions pertain to minor adjustments that can be made to the artwork. If you require a significant change, such as selecting a new photo or changing the design, you have the option to do so once per order. If you wish to use a third photo for your pet's artwork or change the costume for a third time, our customer support team can provide you with an invoice of $10 to cover the creation of the new artwork.

For those who have recently placed an order and have had a change of heart, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. Cancellation requests beyond this time frame will be subject to our discretion. This policy is in place because our artists often begin working on your order shortly after it's placed. If your artwork has already been created, a $10 fee may be incurred to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.

Please bear in mind that we create your artwork based on the photo you uploaded with your order. To ensure the best results, it's essential to adhere to our Photo Guide and provide a high-quality photo that meets our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos may result in artwork of lesser quality. While we do accept order notes for special requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be accommodated. For example, we cannot digitally alter a photo to open or close a pet's mouth, but we can address requests such as red-eye removal and changes to eye color.

It's important to note that all examples on our website were generated from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality photos may not yield the same high-quality finish that you see on our site.
